Kevin B. Morton is the
Company’s founder and has served as a director of the Company since its
formation in 1999. Mr. Morton was Chief Executive Officer from inception until
June 2006 and he presently serves as Director of Business & Product
Development. Mr. Morton has 20 years of experience in senior management,
finance, operations, sales and marketing in the medical industry. From 1998
until the Company’s formation in February 1999, Mr. Morton served as President
and Chief Executive Officer of WRC, Inc., a medical breast pump manufacturer
and distributor. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Morton was a founder and served as
President and Chief Executive Officer of Miragen, Inc., an Irvine,
California-based start-up bio-medical technology company. Prior to founding
Miragen, Inc., Mr. Morton was President and General Manager of Park West
Medical, a medical supply distributor in Southern California. Mr. Morton
attended the University of Colorado, School of Business with an emphasis on
marketing.
