Management Team

Matt T. Heindel joined the Company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in February 2005, became a director in May 2006 and was named Chief Operating Officer in January 2007. Prior to NeoMatrix, Mr. Heindel was Senior Vice President of Quidel Corporation, a publicly-traded diagnostics company with a focus on Women’s Health. Prior to Quidel, Mr. Heindel was Vice President Sales and Marketing for Prism Enterprises, a women's health and consumer products company, and served as a corporate executive officer. Mr. Heindel worked at McGaw, Inc., an intravenous system and drug delivery manufacturing company, with seven years in international business and six years in sales management. His most senior position was as Vice President, International for McGaw. Mr. Heindel graduated from California State University, Bakersfield.
