NeoMatrix will hire a national sales force of 30 Sales
Representatives in 2008, with plans to double in size the
following year. In addition, a small number of Clinical Education Managers
will be hired to call on breast centers, surgeons, and radiologists.
Efforts by
the sales force will have substantial support from a corporate marketing
program that includes clinical education, attendance at key conferences,
advertising, and related programs.
NeoMatrix is focusing its initial marketing efforts on developing breast
center endorsement for the HALO procedure and selling the HALO
system to primary care doctors, typically the obstetrician-gynecologist.
Over the last ten years, the number of multi-specialty, comprehensive
breast centers in the U.S. has grown to more than 500. These centers
diagnose, follow, and treat patients with breast disease and typically
provide multi-disciplinary medical services including radiation and medical
and surgical oncology. Sales efforts in the regional market rollout will
be focused on primary care practices, which provide regular well-woman
screening; women identified as high-risk will usually be referred to
breast centers for management.

Education and Experience:
- BA/BS or the equivalent combination of education and related experience
- A minimum of 2 years' physician office sales experience, preferably OB-GYN or primary care
- Women's health products or breast-cancer related device sales experience is an asset
