CLICK HERE TO AGREE TO CONTEST RULES CONTEST RULES: Contest will run from October 1, 2009 - October 31, 2010. All submissions will be reviewed and winners' facts will be verified by their physician. To qualify, winners must have had the HALO Breast Pap Test. All questions must be answered where applicable. One winner will be selected on the 31st of each month and will receive a $100 VISA Gift Card. $100 Donation will be submitted to the named charity or organization on behalf of the winner. Grand Prize Winner will be announced on November 30th and will receive a $500 VISA gift card. A $500 donation will be made to the named charity or organization on behalf of the winner. In the event a Charity or Organization is not named, a donation will be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation (or whatever we choose) on behalf of the winner.
